Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely KM support to J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES, implementing strategies for knowledge capture and reuse.
- Align KM tools with CKO directives, promoting cyber data sharing across networks.
- Manage content on classified/unclassified portals and develop RFI processes.
- Ensure DoD-compliant records management and TTP development.
- Participate in KMWG, define KPIs, optimize WMS, and recommend collaboration tech.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- 5-8+ years KM experience in DoD/IC on classified networks.
- AA/AS (BA/BS preferred) in relevant field.
- Expertise in KM frameworks, SharePoint, MS Teams, WMS, JIRA.
- High-tempo environment experience with SOP/TTP/briefing skills.
Favorable Qualifications
- Master’s in Knowledge Management or related field.
- Proven leadership in cross-directorate KM initiatives.
