Lead the Future of Indo-Pacific Logistics at Leidos
Leidos, a FORTUNE 500 leader in cutting-edge technology and mission expertise, seeks a Lead Logistician to drive the Indo-Pacific Logistics Integration program from Aiea, HI. Deliver theater-wide logistics and sustainment support across INDOPACOM components, ensuring mission readiness in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership, cultivating customer relationships for program success
- Oversee task order execution with Government stakeholders to meet SOCPAC objectives
- Serve as SME in theater logistics, leading functional staff with excellence
- Manage contracts, spend plans, BOEs, and growth initiatives
- Drive cross-functional problem resolution, reporting, and process documentation
- Oversee supply chain risks, vendors, training, and budget planning
- Ensure compliance with security, classifications, and emerging technologies onsite at Camp Smith
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years logistics experience, 10+ years in leadership
- Civilian/military logistics program management expertise
- DoD property, maintenance, supply chain proficiency CONUS/OCONUS
- DoD systems knowledge and 12 Integrated Support Elements
- Active TS clearance with TS/SCI eligibility; strong communication/problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- USINDOPACOM, Partner Nations experience in Indo-Pacific AOR
- Familiarity with AI/ML, automation, robotics in logistics
- Collaboration with PACFLT, PACAF, USARPAC, MARFORPAC
- Master Logistician or DAU equivalent certification
