Primary Responsibilities
- Direct malware analysis team: triage submissions, assign tasks, track progress per SOPs/playbooks.
- Research malicious software, vulnerabilities, APT tactics, obfuscation, encryption.
- Oversee high-quality report production and timely delivery.
- Identify anomalies, recommend fixes, brief leadership on operations.
- Integrate forensic methodologies for comprehensive threat scoping.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years senior cybersecurity/malware expertise; TS/SCI clearance required.
- Advanced proficiency: disassemblers, debuggers, Volatility, FTK Imager, network sniffers.
- Team leadership in watch floor/joint ops; critical thinking under pressure.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent; assembly/web programming experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISA/DHS SME experience; APT analysis, YARA rules, secure lab environments.
