Candidates must be located in or able to relocate to the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key contributor to substation protection and control design projects.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers, designers, and drafters.
- Take complete ownership of projects, managing financials, resources, and design.
- Liaison, coordinate, and collaborate with external clients.
- Continually improve design quality and communicate effectively with clients.
- Contribute to design scope, philosophies, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of direct experience in substation Protection and Control design.
- Proven ability to lead projects aligning engineering with program management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Experience leading project teams.
- Substation physical design experience.
- Field testing/commissioning experience.
