Lifecycle Support Analyst/Team Lead
Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Lifecycle Support Analyst/Team Lead in our National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. Primary Responsibilities
Lead a 5-10 person team providing lifecycle support for a large, complex HW/SW system. Manage workflows, Increment Plans, task prioritization, and resources aligned to the engineering roadmap. Drive continuous process improvements in HW/SW/Data management. Collaborate with infrastructure/engineering teams on:
- Government HW/SW purchasing
- Software data/file transfers, downloads, licenses, patches
- Software asset control/distribution across program teams
- License tracking research/maintenance
- End-of-Life/Support/Sale research
- Detailed documentation creation/updates
Administer config management tools, delegate tasks, and brief leadership on status.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 8 years in purchasing/data/HW/SW management/quality control (experience may substitute)
- 3+ years in data management, SW licenses, govt purchasing, warranties, technical collaboration, tracking, transfers, research, CM tools
- Positive attitude, strong organizational/interpersonal/communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile technical environment experience
- System Admin for HW/SW maintenance
- Formal QA/CM/Audit on large systems

- Government HW/SW purchasing and hardware warranties/maintenance (experience)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (experience)

- Detail-oriented for time-sensitive tasks (experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to 5-10 person Lifecycle Support team
- Manage workflow, processes, Increment Plans, task prioritization, and resource alignment
- Oversee government HW/SW purchasing, software data/file transfers, downloads, licenses, and patches
- Track and manage software/hardware assets across distributed program teams
- Research/maintain license info, End-of-Life/Support/Sale data, maintenance documents
- Create/update detailed documentation for large-scale tracking
- Administer configuration management tools, delegate tasks, brief leadership on status
