Support high-performing teams delivering deskside MacBook assistance to onsite and remote staff, impacting 65 million American lives monthly. This on-site role in Woodlawn, MD requires 5 days/week commitment.

Day-to-Day Impact

  • Leverage problem-solving for onsite/remote troubleshooting.
  • Handle MacBook hardware/software acquisition, installation, testing.

  • Create documentation on ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint.
  • Deliver clear briefings to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in CS/engineering (or equivalent); 2+ years MacBook install/config/imaging.
  • 2+ years macOS/Jamf Pro support and remote customer service.
  • Public Trust clearance eligibility.

  • Jamf Pro expertise (enrollment, deployment, troubleshooting).
  • macOS/iOS/iPadOS patch/update troubleshooting.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills (experience)
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot onsite and remote MacBook user issues using problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Acquire, install, test, and evaluate MacBook hardware/software
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot MacBooks and laptops
  • Track and manage inventory of systems, software, and equipment
  • Conduct inventory reviews and create technical documentation
  • Administer documentation on ServiceNow, Confluence, or SharePoint
  • Brief management, customers, teams, or vendors effectively
