Key Responsibilities
- Leverage portfolio management expertise to monitor IT programs, capabilities, and services.
- Drive strategic planning to evolve sponsor priorities.
- Implement performance management using best practices and IC benchmarking.
- Apply enterprise architecture knowledge to align with IT portfolio.
- Track IC IT investments, strategies, and architectures.
- Deliver actionable recommendations on roadmaps, risks, gaps, and funding.
- Serve as liaison with IC, DoD, and industry partners.
- Support executive reporting and programmatic objectives.
- Translate complex technical concepts for senior audiences.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- BA + 15 years or Masters + 13 years relevant experience.
- Expertise in portfolio/program/project management and KPIs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in deliverables (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with IC data usage and AI.
