Primary Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical/integration drawings with precision.
• Leverage MRP/ERP systems to streamline manufacturing processes.
• Develop accurate bills of materials based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Create and maintain standardized work instructions through detailed drawing and spec reviews.
• Deliver hands-on floor support for integration, test, and assembly operations.
• Collaborate closely with design, quality, and manufacturing teams in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent, with 4-8 years experience; or Master’s with 2-6 years.
• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, multi-disciplinary engineering settings.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• North Alabama residency or willingness to relocate to Huntsville area.
• US Citizenship with active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain/maintain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of military and aerospace assembly techniques.
