Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes to drive efficiency.
• Design and implement tooling and fixtures to optimize production lines.
• Create and maintain clear, detailed work instructions for seamless operations.
• Support production floor activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Design, Operations) for continuous improvement.
• Implement and support MES, PLM (Windchill), and CAD tools.
• Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) and process validation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4-8 years relevant experience or Master's + 2-6 years.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environments.
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in analytical problem-solving, communication, and hands-on production support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in process development, tooling design, Solumina, Windchill, MES, SolidWorks.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced process improvements.
