Join Leidos as a Master Electrician in Augusta, GA
Leidos seeks a skilled Master Electrician to maintain critical facility infrastructure at our Augusta, GA site. In this vital role, you'll ensure seamless operations through expert electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, and multi-trade support. Normal hours are 0700-1530, with shift flexibility (0600-1800 day or 1800-0600 night) for mission coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, reporting issues to supervisors.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications for precise work.
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Plan and execute equipment outages, modifying plans for infrastructure impacts.
- Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication, fire safety, and door hardware tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Master Electrician License (Georgia preferred).
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance (pipeline support available).
- Expertise in redundant power (UPS, PDU, ATS) and Building Automation Systems.
- Physical ability: lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, access ceilings/floors with PPE.
