Master Scheduler Opportunity at Leidos

Leidos is seeking a highly organized Integrated Master Scheduler for GSM-O II Integration Services in Odenton, MD. Play a pivotal role in coordinating project timelines, resources, and activities to drive program excellence in a fast-paced defense environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME in scheduling tools to track milestones and deliverables across programs.
  • Build and analyze resource-loaded IMS with industry best practices.
  • Manage scheduling rhythms, baselines, reviews, and contractual artifacts.
  • Monitor performance against baselines, aligning with cost and delivery goals.
  • Publish accurate Master Schedules defining tasks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Analyze critical path, sequencing, and risks; perform what-if scenarios.
  • Implement version control, change management, and forecasting support.
  • Deliver performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s +8 years or Master’s +6 years relevant experience.
  • Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible); U.S. Citizenship.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project, SSI Tools, and scheduling expertise (CPM, 14-Point, metrics, risk modeling).
  • Proven collaboration and independent execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DISA support experience.
  • PMI-SP or SP certifications.

  • Conduct what-if analyses and scenario modeling for decision support
  • Generate performance reports including planned vs. actual and variance analysis
  • Enforce version control, baseline change management, and schedule integrity
  • Support estimating, forecasting, risk mitigation, and program metrics assessment
