Own outsourcing from order to delivery, coordinating with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Production Control.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze MRP and schedules to prioritize materials for machining, processing, and assembly.
- Manage PRs in Deltek Costpoint, track to POs, and secure supplier confirmations.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotes on cost, lead-time, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor supply chain risks and provide mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Deliver status reports on open orders and supplier performance.

- Create and track purchase requisitions to POs ensuring supplier acknowledgment
- Issue RFQs, evaluate bids on cost, lead-time, quality, and compliance
- Monitor supply chain from sourcing to delivery aligning with production schedules
- Assess risks like vendor capacity and delays, recommend mitigations
- Provide material status updates to program managers and production teams
- Collaborate with teams to ensure technical and quality standards are met
