Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% accountability of program assets through oversight of material control per regulations.
- Maintain property records, monitor consumables, and update locations in real-time.
- Perform quality checks, internal audits, and support external Government audits.
- Manage shipping/receiving OCONUS/CONUS, inventory items, and logistics support.
- Prepare reports, handle DRMO turn-ins, and contribute to risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- BA + 4-8 years or Masters + 2-6 years in relevant property management.
- Expertise across 10 property lifecycle outcomes: acquisition, receipt, inventory, etc.
- Strong MS Office skills and physical capability (lift 40lbs, extended standing/walking).
- Proven team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience managing Government property.
- US Government property/logistics certification.
- DoD/military support background and process improvement experience.
