Join Leidos as a Mechanical Project Manager in National Security

Leidos seeks a skilled Mechanical Project Manager for its National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area to support the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). Based in Bethesda, MD (ICCB), with occasional visits to LX in McLean, VA, this role ensures facilities compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and Congressional mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and coordinate technical reports, presentations, and deliverables for ODNI requirements and briefings.
  • Develop cost estimates, facility technical proposals, statements of work, change requirements, and project schedules.
  • Review customer requirements, attend O&M project meetings, and provide feedback on new construction.
  • Assist with mechanical data calls and coordinate facility work orders.
  • Coordinate routine mechanical surveys and collaborate with vendors to update the facilities operating plan.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
  • BA/BS degree + 12-15 years relevant experience or Masters + 10-13 years.
  • 12+ years in mechanical engineering or facility management.
  • Expertise in HVAC systems, plant maintenance, cooling towers, building controls, and life/safety requirements.
  • Proficiency reading/interpreting construction drawings and schematics.
  • Availability for occasional after-hours site outages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: CPMM, CBCP, PE, CMM, BAS, or Chiller/Cooling Tower Operation.
