Primary Responsibilities

Solution Support and Configuration

• Assist in designing and configuring FactoryLogix to meet business requirements, manufacturing processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop technical specifications, design documents, and integration strategies.
• Identify system improvements and automation opportunities under senior guidance.

Implementation and Configuration

• Participate in full project lifecycle for FactoryLogix modules.
• Configure routings, BOMs, work instructions, quality plans, and data collection.
• Integrate with ERP, PLM systems via APIs, databases, or middleware.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot and resolve FactoryLogix issues.
• Develop monitoring and maintenance strategies with senior engineers.
• Mentor and train end-users on best practices.

Optimization and Documentation

• Analyze configurations for performance optimizations.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Enforce FactoryLogix best practices.

Training and Collaboration

• Support testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
• Conduct training workshops for users and IT teams.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4-8 years relevant experience; Master's + 2-6 years; or Associate's + 6+ years.
• 1+ years MES implementation, preferably Aegis FactoryLogix.
