Key Position Details

Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) MFLCs must reside within 50 miles of JBER. This backfill role covers an existing MFLC on leave, serving in dynamic environments including military units, families, and school settings. Work 60% indoors (installations, schools, child development centers) and 40% outdoors, navigating varied terrain and weather.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, solution-focused counseling addressing military-specific challenges like deployments and transitions.
• Support adults, children, couples, and families with face-to-face sessions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
