Role Overview
As an MRR MFLC, provide proactive, solution-focused counseling in diverse settings: embedded with units, family support, or schools. This interim position covers a leave of absence, offering hands-on MFLC experience plus future short-term opportunities. Serve 60% indoors (installations, schools, CDCs) and 40% outdoors, navigating varied terrains and weather.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face counseling for individuals, couples, families, and children facing military-unique stressors.
- Leverage clinical expertise for referrals to DOD/community resources.
- Conduct presentations on social-emotional development.
- Foster connections at events to support service members, spouses, and kids.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or higher in Behavioral Health Professions.
- Independent license: LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist.
- U.S. citizen; pass background/CNACI clearance.
