Primary Responsibilities

  • Support radar signal processors, tracking algorithms, and advanced sensors in electronic warfare (EW) environments.
  • Develop simulations for radar systems and conduct field-testing of RF sensors and deployments.
  • Collaborate with engineers to analyze and optimize existing algorithms for better performance and reduced latency.
  • Research and evaluate emerging algorithms from literature to enhance radar programs.
  • Lead teams in solving complex radar challenges, conducting peer reviews, overseeing tasking, and driving innovation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred).
  • 4-8 years in radar algorithm development or analysis.
  • Strong fundamentals in digital signal processing, tracker algorithms, MATLAB, and radar simulation/modeling.
  • Team leadership experience and excellent collaboration skills.
  • US Citizen with maintainable Final Secret Clearance.
  • North Alabama resident or willing to relocate to Huntsville.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Radar simulation expertise with statistics/probability background.
  • Skills in electromagnetics, modern C++ development, and Linux.

  • Lead team in solving complex radar problems, peer reviews, and task oversight
