Your New Role and Responsibilities
As a Midrange Engineer, you'll manage VMware vCenter, ESXi clusters, vSAN, and integrations. Translate customer needs into PaaS designs, automate with Ansible/Terraform, handle VM provisioning/patching, and deliver expert documentation and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact
- Extensive VMware VCF experience with network/service integration
- Programming/infrastructure skills in Ansible, Terraform
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2012–2022), AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS
- Certifications: MCSE, VCP, ITIL Foundation
- Enterprise backup and storage expertise
Must be an Australian Citizen with active NV-1 AGVSA Clearance. ITAR may apply.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize VMware vCenter, ESXi clusters, vSAN, and related technologies
- Translate customer requirements into detailed designs for complex PaaS solutions
- Develop and maintain automation for provisioning and orchestration using Ansible/Terraform
- Automate vCenter operations including VM provisioning, patching, compliance, and policy enforcement
- Produce technical documentation and provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex issues
