Join Leidos as a Military and Family Life Counselor in Osan, South Korea

Leidos seeks licensed behavioral health professionals for our Adult Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) team. This 12-month assignment starts February 10, 2026, supporting U.S. service members and families overseas. Provide preventive, non-medical counseling to address military life challenges like transitions, stress, and family adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Engage in installation activities, offering coaching and modeling behavior techniques.
  • Present at military events and build rapport through community involvement.
  • Assist with transitions like new schools and homes.
  • Report trends to Team Leads and participate in training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to pass NACI/CNACI Public Trust clearance (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face non-medical counseling to service members, spouses, and families
  • Conduct outreach, presentations, and consultations at military events
  • Observe and participate in installation activities to offer coaching and support
  • Report trends and issues to Team Leads
  • Respond to emergent situations across military installations
