Join Leidos as a Military Family Life Counselor (Adult) in Twentynine Palms, CA
Leidos seeks licensed behavioral health professionals for our Adult Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) team. Support U.S. military service members and families navigating military life challenges through non-medical, preventive counseling, consultation, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
- Observe and participate in activities; provide coaching to staff and model behavior techniques.
- Present at military events to service members, families, and leadership.
- Attend installation events to build rapport and assist with transitions like new schools or homes.
- Report trends to Team Leads and participate in training.
- Respond to emergencies across installations, including rugged terrain and varying weather.

- Ability to pass NACI/CNACI Public Trust clearance (experience)
