Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Observe and engage in activities, coaching installation staff and modeling techniques.

  • Ability to pass NACI/CNACI Public Trust clearance and background check (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face counseling to service members, spouses, and families
  • Engage in installation activities, offer coaching to staff, and model behavior techniques
  • Deliver presentations at military-connect events and promote positivity
  • Assist with transitions like new schools/homes and attend community events
  • Report trends/issues to Team Leads and participate in training
