Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals for the Child and Youth Behavioral Military Family Life Counselor (CYB-MFLC) role at Fort Huachuca's Child Development Centers (CDCs) in Sierra Vista, AZ. Provide vital non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach to children, youth, parents, and staff facing military life challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with children 0-5 in CDCs and school-aged youth in before/after-school programs.
- Coach staff and parents on behavior management; deliver social-emotional learning presentations.
- Support transitions, promote creativity, and attend community events to build family rapport.
- Report trends to Team Leads and join required trainings.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA/PhD).
