Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals for the Child and Youth Behavioral Military Family Life Counselor (CYB-MFLC) role at Fort Huachuca's Child Development Centers (CDCs) in Sierra Vista, AZ. Provide vital non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach to children, youth, parents, and staff facing military life challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with children 0-5 in CDCs and school-aged youth in before/after-school programs.
  • Coach staff and parents on behavior management; deliver social-emotional learning presentations.
  • Support transitions, promote creativity, and attend community events to build family rapport.
  • Report trends to Team Leads and join required trainings.

  • Deliver presentations on social skills and emotional learning
  • Build rapport with parents via installation events and assist with transitions like new schools
