Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals for our Child and Youth Behavioral Military and Family Life Counselor (CYB-MFLC) team. Support U.S. military families navigating life's challenges in a non-medical, preventive role. Work directly in Child Development Centers (CDCs) to empower children, youth, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with children 0-5 in CDCs and school-aged youth in before/after-school programs.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and model behavior management techniques.
  • Conduct presentations on social skills and emotional development.
  • Assist with transitions like new schools or homes; attend community events.
  • Participate in training and report trends to leadership.
