Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals for our Child and Youth Behavioral Military and Family Life Counselor (CYB-MFLC) team at Vandenberg, CA. Support U.S. military families through non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach at Child Development Centers (CDCs). Help children aged 0-5 and school-aged youth navigate military life challenges with preventive, solution-focused approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in CDC activities, providing coaching to staff, parents, and children.
- Model behavior management and promote social-emotional learning via presentations.
- Build family rapport at events and assist with transitions like new schools.
- Participate in training and report installation trends to Team Leads.
- Respond to emergent situations across indoor/outdoor military sites.

Minimum Qualifications
