Military Family Life Counselor - Support Heroes at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson

Leidos seeks licensed behavioral health professionals for our Adult Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) team at JBER, Alaska. Join a mission-critical role providing non-medical, preventive counseling to U.S. service members and families navigating military life's unique stresses.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face, solution-focused counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Observe and participate in activities, coaching installation staff and modeling techniques.
  • Present at military events to promote positivity and resilience.
  • Assist with transitions like relocations and new schools.
  • Attend community events to build rapport and report trends to leadership.
