Our Intelligence Production Solutions Division (IPSD) seeks a Mission Content Data Manager for the Chinook program, primarily in Gaithersburg, MD, with options in Alexandria, VA; St. Louis, MO; or Tucson, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain target material databases (schemas) and metadata reflecting targets' function, description, critical elements, location, and naming per Structured Observation Management (SOM).
- Manage ESRI products in cloud environments for storage, discovery, access, dissemination, and processing.
- Demonstrate data mining skills and GIS knowledge; maintain customer accounts and troubleshoot GOWK interface.
- Use ArcGIS Pro extensively to review, update, publish project files, enforce SOM standards, control data access, and tune services for performance.
Basic Qualifications
- US citizenship; BS + 4-8 years, Master's + 2-6 years, or Doctorate in relevant field.
- Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph eligibility.
- ArcGIS Pro proficiency; Enterprise Database (SDE) management; ArcGIS Server deployment; OGC web services familiarity (WMS, WCS, WFS, WPS, WMTS).
Preferred Skills
- Strong SQL expertise; Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence); Python (ArcPy/ESRI API).
