Mission Manager
Leidos is seeking elite Mission Managers for multiple positions in Northern Virginia at a secure customer site. This is not a 9-5 role—candidates must hold or be eligible for TS/SCI with polygraph and commit to a demanding 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Core Responsibilities
Mission Managers coordinate, resource, and oversee persistent collection operations, partnering with in-house teams and geographically dispersed elements to achieve precise collection objectives. Success demands collaborative decision-making under extreme stress, critical evaluation of tactical choices' short- and long-term impacts, and seamless integration with broader team goals. Natural multi-taskers and communicators will dominate here.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (or ability to obtain)
- 6+ years in Intelligence (LEO, FBI, USSS, etc.) or DoD
- Bachelor’s degree + 8-12 years experience; Master’s preferred with 6-10 years
- Proven tactical ground/air operations expertise
- High-stress operational experience
- Superior verbal/written communication
