Our 2000 local experts, backed by global experience, tackle challenges in government, intelligence, defence, aviation, border protection, and health. Join our Airborne Solutions Technical Development team supporting AMSA CL-604, ABF DHC-8 fleet, ground stations, and Systems Integration Lab.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

Design, build, and test next-generation mission systems. Take ownership of system integration and technical documentation while collaborating with experienced Engineers and AMEs.

  • Deliver maintenance, development, and fault-finding on airborne mission systems
  • Perform on-wing tasks, mods, updates, and system checks
  • Test, evaluate, and troubleshoot components in the Systems Integration Lab
  • Support deployed mission systems across remote bases and customer locations
  • Maintain test racks, lab equipment, and documentation to required standards

What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact

  • Australian citizenship with ability to obtain Baseline AGSVA + ABF clearance
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (Avionics)
  • Minimum 2 years post-trade avionics maintenance experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team
  • Willingness to travel for short periods
