Leidos seeks full-time Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representatives at the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN, supporting HUD's mission for affordable housing. Make an impact on communities while growing your FHA expertise in a stable, rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier customer service, handling calls and emails from mortgage professionals and public on FHA policies.
  • Navigate knowledge databases and multiple systems to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Adhere to SOPs for calls, emails, and documentation in contact databases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving FHA mortgage servicing procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years mortgage servicing experience (e.g., loan servicing or loss mitigation specialist).
  • 1+ year contact center or telephone customer service.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (includes credit and background check).
  • Availability for 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET.

Preferred Skills

  • FHA-specific knowledge.
  • Omnichannel contact center experience.
  • Strong communication, 40+ WPM typing, time management.
