Join us in supporting U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) as a Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager - Mid. This contingent role (proposal phase) requires an Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze multi-INT sources (SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, CI, OSINT, IMINT, GEOINT, TECHINT) to address national security and cyberspace challenges.
- Develop collection strategies, postures, and plans to meet USCYBERCOM priorities via USSTRATCOM coordination.
- Utilize tools like Coliseum, HOTR, NHRTC, OSCAR-MS for RFI validation and tracking.
- Represent at B2C2WG forums; synchronize organic/non-organic assets across echelons.
- Validate requirements for Cyber Mission Forces; maintain PIRs and GEOINT portfolios via GIMS.
- Advise on ISR planning, de-confliction, and execute collection management authorities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience (recent within 2 years); Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Expertise in collection processes, ISR, multi-INT disciplines, DoD/IC systems.
- Familiarity with JOPP, MDMP, Annex B/K integration.

Responsibilities
- Develop multi-domain collection strategies to close USCYBERCOM intelligence gaps
- Manage RFIs and collection tasks using tools like Coliseum, HOTR, NHRTC, OSCAR-MS
- Represent USCYBERCOM at B2C2WG forums for deconflicted planning
- Validate/de-conflict requirements for Cyber Mission Forces and maintain PIRs
- Advise on ISR planning, asset synchronization, and GEOINT portfolio management
