This Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager - Senior role supports U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) with advanced all-source analytic support, collection management, and operational planning. Contract is in proposal phase, contingent upon award. Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required—no sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze intelligence from SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, CI, OSINT, IMINT, GEOINT, TECHINT to address complex cyberspace issues.
- Develop multi-domain collection strategies to close USCYBERCOM intelligence gaps.
- Utilize tools like Coliseum, HOTR, NHRTC, OSCAR-MS for RFI submission and tracking.
- Represent USCYBERCOM at boards, working groups, and coordination forums.
- Direct organic/non-organic collection assets and validate PIRs for Cyber Mission Forces.
- Serve as GIMS expert for GEOINT portfolio management and ISR planning.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in intelligence collection management/ISR, recent within 2 years.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (related field) +5 years senior experience (total 17 years).
- Deep knowledge of DoD/IC collection processes.

- Represent USCYBERCOM at B2C2WG forums and coordinate intelligence requirements
- Validate/de-conflict requirements for Cyber Mission Forces and service components
- Advise on ISR planning, asset synchronization, and time-sensitive operations
