Leidos delivers innovative solutions for the world's toughest security challenges. We're seeking a talented Multi-Media Designer to support Navy training programs in West Mifflin, PA. Update computer-based training (CBT) modules using revised curricula from maritime power plant experts. No telework due to security—no hybrid options; on-site only.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team with Navy SMEs, instructional designers, and fellow MMDs.
- Design/program interactive multimedia for web delivery; develop using storyboards.
- Apply adult learning theory to e-Learning; convert instructor-led content.
- Research/modify training content; support admin tasks like portal/database management.
- Multi-task across projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- Associate’s degree + 5 years experience (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate (Creative Cloud).
- 3D modeling/animating experience; SCORM/LCMS assembly.
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML; Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Web-based multimedia and interactive training apps expertise.
Security clearance required (Leidos assists if needed). Alternative site: West Milton, NY. Thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering mission-critical Navy solutions.
