Join Leidos as Network Architecture Manager
Leidos seeks a seasoned Network Architecture Manager for the U.S. Air Force Cloud One program, modernizing a global-scale multi-cloud environment across AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle. This hybrid role near Hanscom AFB (Bedford, MA) or Huntsville, AL supports critical USAF missions in resiliency, security, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 3-6 network architects in designing secure, scalable hybrid/multi-cloud networks with Zero Trust and segmentation.
- Integrate with DoD infrastructure using VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, SD-WAN; provision via Terraform/Ansible.
- Monitor/troubleshoot with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor; ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, NIST 800-53, RMF.
- Mentor teams, hire talent, drive architectural reviews, and present to executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into solutions and advance the technology roadmap.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s +12 years or Master’s +10 years; 2+ years team leadership.
- Interim Secret clearance (US citizenship required); CompTIA Security+, Versa SD-WAN Engineer, F5-CTS, AWS Advanced Networking or Azure NEA.
- Proven communication, facilitation, and fast-paced environment experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep DoD cloud experience, advanced certifications, and stakeholder management expertise. Salary: $116,350 - $210,325. Thrive in a mission-driven setting with Leidos' innovation resources.

Responsibilities
- Lead team of 3-6 network architects to meet program network requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain secure multi-cloud network architectures using Zero Trust and policy-based controls
- Integrate cloud networks with on-premises DoD infrastructure via VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, SD-WAN
- Oversee IaC provisioning with Terraform/Ansible and monitor performance with CloudWatch/Azure Monitor
- Ensure DoD compliance (STIGs, NIST 800-53, RMF) and collaborate with cybersecurity/application teams
- Mentor, coach, hire, and assess team performance; develop technical documentation and roadmaps
- Lead architectural reviews, present to executives, and drive large-scale cloud projects
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and promote continuous improvement
