Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret customer requirements, apply standard designs, and fully document with diagrams, BOMs, cabling, and configs.
  • Leverage private test lab for evaluating technologies, testing changes, and recreating issues.
  • Coordinate low-impact migrations during maintenance windows.
  • Deliver technical expertise for operations support, fault isolation, and scalable solutions.
  • Engineer secure designs compliant with DISA STIGs and enterprise policies; secure ATO.
  • Supervise network specialists in service planning and implementation.
  • Enhance team processes, products, and systems for efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • 10 years experience (e.g., BS+6 years).
  • DoD 8140 IAT Level 2.
  • Tier III+ network ops/design; Cisco/Brocade/Juniper configs.
  • Hands-on OSPF/BGP routing, VLAN/802.1q/port-channel switching.
