Leidos Defense Group seeks a skilled Network Information Security Specialist for a DISA contract at Scott AFB, primarily on-site in Shiloh, IL. Support the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) with cutting-edge cybersecurity expertise. Primary Responsibilities
- Independently configure Palo Alto enclave firewalls and IA networking assets.
- Execute patching, STIGs, upgrades, and updates on security infrastructure.
- Enforce security strategies, manage cyber risks, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain documentation, complete accreditation checklists, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Lead multi-tier teams in troubleshooting global network issues and provide architectural recommendations.
- Coordinate with partners on projects, leveraging Linux/Windows admin skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's in relevant technical field + 4+ years experience (8+ years without degree).
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible).
- DoD 8750 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ce).
- 3+ years Linux/Windows; experience with Cisco/Juniper firewalls, AD, Nessus/nmap.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Juniper, Gigamon Load Balancers, VMware vSphere/ESXi 5.0+.
- ITIL certification.
