Leidos Digital Modernization Health IT division seeks a dynamic NOC Manager for a critical network services contract supporting a major Health Agency in Montgomery County, MD. Lead enterprise networks including backbone, data centers, campus wireless, and facilities infrastructure. Drive 24x7x365 availability, performance optimization, and SLA compliance in a high-stakes government environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for network operations team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure rapid service restoration for critical incidents per SLAs.
• Oversee change management, physical maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation repository for topologies, SOPs, and customer details.
• Deliver operational visibility through dashboards and executive reporting.
• Champion continuous process improvements and collaborate with architecture/security teams.
• Optimize monitoring tools for LANs, WANs, wireless, and cloud/SDN environments.

Required Qualifications

• CCNP Enterprise or ITIL with 10+ years equivalent experience; 15 years managing similar-scale operations.
• 3+ years as NOC manager in large enterprise; 5+ years Cisco configuration.
• 3+ years government coordination; expertise in monitoring tools, security/compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CCIE, CCNP; 3+ years ServiceNow; ScienceLogic SL1 experience.
• Cloud/SDN operations; proven process improvement in IT infrastructure.
