This full-time, on-site role (5 days/week) demands expertise in ServiceNow, integrations, and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, administer, develop, and integrate ServiceNow on RHEL/Windows; collaborate on MariaDB schema/performance.
- Thrive in Agile/Scrum/SDLC: plan, build, test, deliver features via stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Design integrations with Cisco NSO, GOTS tools using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
- Maintain documentation (specs, runbooks) and support user training/handovers.
- Monitor performance, create dashboards/alerts, proactively resolve issues.
- Apply security hardening, RMF A&A artifacts, DISA STIG/SCAP compliance.
- Automate with Ansible, Python, Terraform, PowerShell; develop test/validation scripts.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct RCA, implement fixes; optimize system performance.
- Deliver engineered solutions for seamless Ops production deployment.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- 10+ years experience (equiv. to BS+6, MS+4, etc.).
- DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliant.
- 1+ year ServiceNow; SDLC phase experience.
- Agile/Scrum/SDLC proficiency; independent worker with strong communication.
