Join our National Security Sector (NSS) as an Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner, Journeyman, supporting USCYBERCOM J3 Operations, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-ARES). This role drives power projection in cyberspace to achieve Combatant Commander and National objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in cyberspace operations planning per USCYBERCOM guidance and Joint publications.
- Develop OCO plans delivering integrated effects against adversaries.
- Support targeting, validation, and execution in the cyber domain.
- Draft foundational documents like OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
- Integrate cyber capabilities into Joint OPG/OPT efforts.
- Analyze threats, assess capabilities, and transition plans to operations.
- Conduct strategic planning with partners and maintain situational awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- BA/BS in relevant field + 6+ years CO planning experience (CMT substitutable).
- Formal DoD/IC planner training and Joint Publications knowledge.
- Expertise in OCO, networking, and cyber infrastructure.

- Formal DoD/IC Cyber Operational Planner training (experience)
- Familiarity with OCO concepts, Title 10/50 authorities, and military operations phases (experience)
- Intimate knowledge of Joint Publications and Blue-space cyber capabilities (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational (OCO) plans for integrated cyber effects
- Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration in Cyber Warfare
- Draft and staff OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs within collaborative environments
- Participate in Joint OPG/OPT to integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans
- Analyze cyber threats, assess partner capabilities, and transition plans to operations
- Conduct long-range strategic planning and provide situational awareness to Crisis Action Teams
- Prioritize operational requirements for cyber capability R&D/acquisition
