Leidos delivers innovative solutions for defense and intelligence customers worldwide. Our National Security Sector (NSS) supports USCYBERCOM with cyber, logistics, and decision analytics to counter evolving threats. We're seeking a Junior Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to drive cyberspace power projection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and staff full-spectrum Cyberspace Operations (CO) plans using Joint publications.
  • Synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) for integrated effects against adversaries.
  • Draft foundational documents: OPLANS, OPORDs, FRAGOs.
  • Support targeting and execution in cyber warfare domain.
  • Integrate cyber capabilities into Joint OPG/OPT plans and concepts of support.
  • Engage in crisis action teams, current ops, and situational awareness.
  • Analyze cyber threats from state/non-state actors and Blue Space vulnerabilities.
  • Prioritize cyber capability requirements for deliberate/crisis planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in relevant field + 3-5 years CMF/JFHQ-C experience (since 2018), or 8+ years equivalent.
  • Expertise in OCO, Title 10/50 authorities, military planning phases.
  • Strong knowledge of Joint Publications, networking, and cyber infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced collaboration, multitasking, and clear communication of complex data.

Favorable Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
  • USCYBERCOM structure and mission familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and staffing of cyberspace operations plans per USCYBERCOM guidance
  • Integrate OCO into operational plans for cyber effects against adversaries
  • Draft and staff OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs
  • Assist in targeting selection, validation, and synchronization in cyber warfare
  • Participate in Joint OPG/OPT to integrate cyberspace capabilities
  • Provide situational awareness for crisis action teams and current operations
  • Review and prioritize cyber capability requirements for R&D/acquisition
