Leidos delivers innovative solutions for defense and intelligence customers worldwide. Join our National Security Sector (NSS) supporting USCYBERCOM J3 Operations, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-ARES). This Senior Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner role drives power projection in cyberspace for Combatant Commander and National objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collaborative plans development for Cyberspace Operations (CO) per USCYBERCOM and Joint publications.
  • Develop synchronized OCO plans delivering effects against adversaries.
  • Integrate OCO/DCO processes, targeting, and cyber warfare execution.
  • Draft foundational documents like OPLANS, OPORDs, FRAGOs.
  • Support Joint OPG/OPTs, integrate capabilities, and provide situational awareness.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cyber threats, Blue-space vulnerabilities, and networking fundamentals.
  • Prioritize cyber capability requirements and synchronize intelligence with operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in relevant field + 8+ years CO planning (CMT experience waivable).
  • Formal DoD/IC Cyber Planner training; mastery of OCO, Joint doctrine.
  • Knowledge of CO intelligence needs, networking, and cyber infrastructure.

  • Deep knowledge of OCO concepts, Title 10/50 authorities, and Joint Publications (experience)
  • Senior-level expertise in Blue-space cyber capabilities and infrastructure (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead OCO plans development and staffing per USCYBERCOM guidance
  • Synchronize OCO and DCO planning for integrated cyber effects
  • Drive targeting selection, validation, and execution integration
  • Draft and staff OPLANS, OPORDs, FRAGOs, and support OPG/OPTs
  • Integrate cyber capabilities into joint plans and provide situational awareness
  • Conduct strategic planning with partners and prioritize cyber capability requirements
