Leidos' RF Systems Division seeks a proven leader for our Low Band Surveillance (LBS) Program Portfolio Manager role. Oversee a complex radar system portfolio delivering mission-critical defense capabilities. Manage P&L, cross-functional teams, and customer relationships while driving on-time, on-budget execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary customer interface and advocate
  • Lead hardware/software development lifecycle
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost via EVM
  • Brief leadership on program performance
  • Mentor team and mitigate risks

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA +12 years or MS/MA +10 years defense experience
  • 5+ years technical program management
  • DoD Secret clearance
  • Expertise in EVM, team leadership, communication

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certified
  • AS9100, DoD acquisition, subcontract/proposal experience
  • Systems engineering and manufacturing knowledge

  • U.S. citizenship and Huntsville, AL residency/relocation willingness (experience)

  • Serve as customer advocate managing expectations and delivering results
  • Provide technical oversight for advanced radar technology programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams through hardware/software development lifecycle
  • Manage P&L, budgets, integrated master schedules, risks, and deliverables
  • Brief executive leadership on financial performance, ROMs, and new efforts
  • Mentor program execution professionals
  • Oversee subcontracts and proposal development
