Key Responsibilities
- Manage test programs across platforms and mission areas.
- Craft test strategies with acquisition offices, operational units, and agencies like OPTEVFOR and AFOTEC.
- Execute tests with high fidelity, superior data, and strict safety protocols.
- Lead diverse teams including pilots, engineers, and analysts.
- Analyze data and deliver impactful reports to senior leaders.
- Comply with AFIs, DoDI 5000, and TEMP; mitigate risks throughout lifecycle.
- Support ITTs, OTRRs, and milestone reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in engineering, science, or related field.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory).
- 12+ years in T&E, acquisition, or planning.
- DoD/USAF OT&E expertise; strong project leadership and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree.
- Test Pilot/Weapons School or T&E certifications (PMP, DAU II/III).

- Direct test event execution ensuring fidelity, data quality, and safety
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of pilots, engineers, analysts, and logistics personnel
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting on system performance
- Prepare briefings, test reports, and decision-support products for leadership
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support milestone reviews
