Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trouble ticket queues and respond to incidents based on strict SLAs to minimize downtime.
• Provide direct support to a large user base, resolving WAN, LAN, security, and remote access issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering to deploy hardware/software for expansions and enhancements.
• Partner with peers and technicians to diagnose and repair physical layer problems.
• Work with NOC teams to troubleshoot WAN, firewall, security, and DDI issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours escalations and critical outages.
• Attend operations meetings to track project status and prepare for upcoming activities.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise network management and troubleshooting experience.
• CCNA-level hands-on knowledge of wired/wireless, VPN, and authentication systems.
• Proficiency in Cisco/Juniper CLI, Putty/Secure CRT, and VoIP/security concepts.
• Strong communication skills for federal customers and vendors.
• Ability to work independently, follow processes, and document meticulously.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• CCNP, Cisco ACI, Nexus CLI, ASA, ISE, DNAC/SDA.
• Unexpired Secret Clearance.
