Our National Security Sector (NSS) supports USCYBERCOM, CNMF, and JTF-ARES with cyber, logistics, and decision analytics expertise. This Senior Operations Support Manager role leads PMO operations for a potential future contract, ensuring efficient management of scope, schedule, cost, staffing, quality, training, and CDRLs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct PMO to provide timely operations support across USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, JTF-ARES.
  • Deliver executive-level administrative support.
  • Optimize knowledge management via SharePoint/Teams.
  • Lead BPR for operational efficiencies.
  • Define requirements for supporting information systems.
  • Manage visual content creation with Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Supervise policy, SOP, and training material development.
  • Apply data modeling, risk analysis, and performance techniques.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and reviews.
  • Develop program SOPs/CDRLs; backfill Deputy PM.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s in relevant field + 10+ years DoD/IC support experience.
  • C2 development in Fires/Effects domains.
  • DoD acquisition familiarity; MS 365/project tools proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree; PMP/Lean Six Sigma.
  • USCYBERCOM/IC C2 experience; prior BPR in DoD.
  • USCYBERCOM process proficiency.

  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences (experience)
  • Proven ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily PMO operations supporting USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to leadership
  • Manage knowledge management services using SharePoint and Teams
  • Supervise BPR initiatives for workflow and efficiency improvements
  • Coordinate information systems requirements and business process models
  • Oversee graphic design for presentations, reports, and briefings
  • Draft and maintain SOPs, policy documents, and training content
  • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and technical reviews
  • Develop and review program SOPs, processes, and CDRLs
  • Fill in for Deputy Program Manager as needed
