Operations Watch Officer - Leidos Intel Sector
Leidos seeks a dynamic Operations Watch Officer for our Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) in McLean, VA. Join a high-impact team driving Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management. This mission-critical role in a counterterrorism watch center demands sharp intelligence from candidates with military, intelligence, or law enforcement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple classified and open-source channels for global US-related threats 24/7.
- Prioritize and sort high-volume intelligence traffic under pressure.
- Deliver rapid early warnings to senior officials and ensure seamless information flow.
- Craft time-sensitive alerts and executive responses for evolving situations.
- Notify leadership of worldwide breaking events in real-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years analytic experience in IC/military (or equivalent).
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (no exceptions).
- Proficiency with IC databases, networks, and MS Office in multi-level secure settings.
- Experience in Identity Resolution, Watchlisting, or Targeting.
- Shift work readiness: Panama schedule (2 weeks 4:30am-4:30pm days, 2 weeks 4:30pm-4:30am nights).
