Reporting to the Proposal Operations Director, you'll drive high-stakes orals for billion-dollar opportunities, ensuring compliance, strategic messaging, and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on schedules, slide content, graphics, and scripts emphasizing Why Leidos.
- Coach teams on delivery, confidence, and customer-focused messaging.
- Direct video production, rehearsals, mock Q&A, and performance reviews.
- Manage production teams and simulate environments for peak readiness.
- Verify compliance, timing, and post-orals debriefs.
Basic Qualifications
- BA +15 years or Masters +13 years relevant experience; 5+ years federal orals coaching.
- Deep FEDSIM and $1B+ proposal expertise; federal procurement mastery.
- Detail-oriented with superior time management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Conceptualize full solutions attuned to customer needs.
- Exceptional leadership maintaining Why Leidos focus.
- Ability to travel to Reston, VA.

- Develop presentations collaborating with proposal and solution teams
- Coach speakers on delivery, messaging, and projecting confidence
- Lead rehearsals, mock Q&A sessions, and performance evaluations
- Manage video production team (photography, lighting, editing, makeup)
- Ensure compliance, timing, and Why Leidos messaging in content
- Conduct post-presentation debriefings and provide feedback via video
- Guide script development and conceptual graphics
