Leidos seeks a skilled PAM Engineer for Wave 2 of the USSOCOM Zero Trust Integration effort. This critical role drives Line of Effort 2, deploying an enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution across NIPR, SIPR, and Top-Secret enclaves. Secure privileged credentials, enforce Just-In-Time (JIT) access, and integrate with the Zero Trust ecosystem. Requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PAM solution (Delinea) deployment, installation, and configuration across enclaves.
- Inventory and onboard privileged accounts into secure vaults.
- Configure JIT policies, session recording, and monitoring for zero standing privileges.
- Build API integrations with Splunk SIEM and IGA for logging and lifecycle management.
- Develop RMF documentation including LLD, SSP, and SOPs for ATO.
- Scale PAM from pilots to enterprise-wide enforcement.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI eligibility.
- Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ CE or equivalent); Delinea Certified Administrator preferred/required.
- Experience: 3-10 years; BA/BS or advanced degree.
- Skills: PAM expertise, JIT workflows, AD/Splunk/IGA integrations, Zero Trust concepts.
