Work in a fast-paced environment managing electronic case filing (ECF) workflows, gaining expertise in time management, critical thinking, and concise communication of complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Download ECFs from PACER and upload to automated matter systems.
  • Enter data into case tracking systems and provide links to DOJ attorneys.
  • Handle attorney requests for filing info and retrieval.
  • Compile, prepare, and summarize discovery materials for motions, briefs, and legal docs.
  • Perform database searches, simple legal research, and document indexing for trials.
  • Prepare exhibit cross-references and assist in courtroom proceedings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate, JD, or 1+ year ABA-accredited law school; substitutes: 1 year legal training/experience or 2 years college.
  • 1+ year litigation paralegal or ECF workflow experience.
  • Knowledge of legal citations; LEXIS/Westlaw proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills; U.S. Citizen eligible for Public Trust.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trial experience.
  • Automated litigation support.
  • Federal government experience.

Compensation & Benefits
