Join Leidos as a Paramedic Medical Instructor – Tactical Combat Casualty Care

Leidos National Security Sector seeks cleared Medical Instructors for an Intelligence Community occupational healthcare program in Chantilly, VA. Deliver full-time Trauma Responder Workshops with occasional local travel. Top Secret SCI with polygraph required or eligibility to obtain/upgrade.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain equipment for one-day workshops multiple times weekly
  • Teach via lectures, interactive skills stations, and scenarios for non-medical adults
  • Supervise training, provide real-time guidance and corrections
  • Handle post-workshop reviews, logistics, admin, and registrar backup
  • Apply advanced medic skills for high-risk, austere deployment training
  • Support sustainment, primary care techniques, and surge/TDY needs
  • Stay current on teaching strategies and develop innovative solutions

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with polygraph (or eligible)
  • NREMT-P, combat medic certification
  • 4+ years teaching; BS +8-12 years or MS +6-10 years experience (4 years sub for BS)
  • Strong emergency skills: EKG, phlebotomy, triage, trauma
  • CPR certified, excellent organization/communication
  • Deployment fitness and independent work capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • TCCC certification
  • War zone/austere environment experience
